The condenser temperature is too high--check the condensate flow rate, check the condensate temperature; check the cooling tower operation, check for air leakage or water leakage, and check if the condenser copper tube is too dirty.
The refrigerant is too low - check leaks and leaks, add refrigerant and adjust the amount of perfusion.
Short circuit of water flow in the water tank - check the partition plate and gasket for leaks.
The door cannot be opened - check the door motor for damage and replace it if it is damaged.
The door cannot be fully opened - confirm that the capacity control switch is in the "AUTO" position. If the "INC" door still cannot be opened, please confirm if the freezing load is too large (see above). Check the resistance of the ice water or brine temperature bar. Check the door linkage, check the start switch in the door, and check that the sensor is connected to the appropriate terminal.
The sub-compressor is not started as required (dual compressor freezer) - check the status of the sub-compressor (STATUS) to check if the conditions for starting the sub-compressor are met.

Ice water or brine temperature is too low (freezer is running)
The door cannot be closed - confirm that the capacity control switch is in the "AUTO" position. Check the resistance value of the ice water or salt water temperature sensor, check the door connecting rod, check if the door motor is damaged, replace it if it is damaged, and check if the sensor is connected to the appropriate terminal.
The temperature sensing rod is damaged, check the resistance of the temperature sensing rod.
The evaporator refrigerant temperature switch is not set properly (in the case of salt water). Check the refrigerant temperature set point.
The thermostat set point is too low to reset the thermostat.

Ice water temperature fluctuates up and down; the door has a hunting phenomenon
The deadband is too narrow (flow or temperature is unstable) and the pullband configuration Deadband is set to 2°F (1°C).
The Proprtional Band is too narrow (flow or temperature instability) and the switch configuration Proporti onal Band is set to 15°F (8.3°C)
The door connecting rod is loose - adjust the door connecting rod.
Door motor damage - replace the door motor.
Damage to the temperature sensing rod - replace the temperature sensing rod.

Tank temperature is too low
The amount of water in the oil cooler is too large - adjust the amount of water
The temperature switch set point is not appropriate or damaged - the voltage between the temperature switch terminals is measured during the adjustment. If the contacts are not connected, the temperature switch should be replaced.
The oil heater is damaged. If the indicator power is turned on but the heater is not heated, check if the heater is open or shorted and replace if necessary.

Tank temperature is too high
The oil cooler is too small - turn on the adjusted water volume.
Temperature switch set point is incorrect - readjust the set point
The oil cooler solenoid valve does not operate normally. Check the action of the solenoid valve coil and check the valve body. If the filter is dirty, clean it and install a 20 mesh (MESH) filter in front of the valve body.
The oil cooler coil is too dirty, clean the coil and replace if necessary.

The refrigerant has disappeared a lot
The number of operation of the eliminator pump is too frequent, and the part of the ejector that operates too frequently in the "AUTO" position

The ejector does not operate in the "AUTO" position
Under normal circumstances, the pressure of the eliminator must be within 2-4Psi (14-28Kpa) of the condenser pressure, and the eliminator pump will run. Check the pressure gauge reading for the operation of the exhaust system.
